2010 out like a lion... Wow,  what a day it was yesterday! After what was seemingly an overhyped prediction.... IT CAME ... starting about mid morning and lasting until late at night.. the snow came and kept coming... Most of the town's Businesses closed down for the afternoon. All of Hidalgo Medical Services afternoon patients were rescheduled....Richard

Friday, December 31
    World Healing Day at Whitewater Mesa Labyrinths. All day. Glenwood, NM.  Directions: Second house on the left on Whitewater Mesa, past mile marker 3 on Rt.159 towards Mogollon.  For anyone to walk one or all four labyrinths in a stunning land- & star-scape. Come as early as 4:30am, bring a flashlight, dress warmly.  All welcome. Admission: donation towards upkeep. 575 539-2868.
    Free Dinner for Low Income/Homeless.  4-6 pm, Good Shepherd Church, 7 & Texas Sts (enter from parking lot on Arizona St).  Sponsored by Living the Way We Pray.

    New Years Eve Party w/ Hell 2 Pay.   9 pm, Buffalo Dance Hall.  Free champagne, posole.  $10 cover.
