Happy Winter Solstice
Winter starts today. As we turn the cosmic corner, the sun will be at its southern most. This day was very significant to the ancient cultures, after today the days start getting longer. This year's Solstice coincided with another cosmic event... lunar eclipse! SET uR suN dials... Richard

Blue Christmas Service. 5:30m, Valley Community Church United Church of Christ, 19 Racetrack Rd, Arenas Valley. This service, on the longest night of the year, is specifically for those who find the holiday season difficult. Originally begun by the hospice movement, this service allows persons who are filled with deep sadness and grief to acknowledge where they are and still celebrate the deeper meanings of the holidays.
