    PUBLIC MEETING ON VISTAS DE PLATA WORKFORCE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.  10am, City Hall Annex 2nd floor conference room, 1203 N Hudson St.   For those who have applied or are interested in applying for affordable housing in the development.  Assistance in filling out the application provided; questions answered.  Homebuyers Education Class offered following the meeting.  No charge or obligation.
