in Grant County 33 miles south of Silver City. With astronomer Matt Wilson, $5
day pass per car load of folks. Matt will discuss seasonal
constellations, the Solar System with visible planets and their moons, and will

Primitive Pottery and Pit Firing Workshop Hand
built Bowls with Slip Decoration. Saturday 11 May 10am - 4pm (bowl making) and Sunday 12 May 6pm -
10pm (pit firing), Asher's homestead in Mimbres, NM 88049. Create a
Southwestern Style bowl in the ancient way with Primitive Potter, Anotonia
Young. Each student will finish the two day class with a finished bowl,
which can be safely used as a food dish, and if cared for can be used for a

The 1st Annual Kids’ Parade and Circus. Those taking part will meet at Gough Park by
10:30 AM. There we will organize and make our way on 13th Street, turn left on
Pope St, thence to College, left again to Hudson, left again to 13th, left
again to Gough Park.
