    Public Hearing on Silver City CDBG Activity and to Discuss Possible 2011 CDBG Application.  10am AND 1 pm, City Hall Annex, 1211 N Hudson St, downstairs conference room.
    ALLERGY-FREE COOKING.  Noon-1pm, SC Food Coop meeting room, 6 St & Big Ditch.  With Stephanie Hapner, author of Allergy-Free Cooking Everyone Loves.  Stephanie’s recipes are free of corn, dairy, wheat, barley, rye, gluten and peanuts. Her cookbook contains help, guides and resources to make allergy-free cooking “doable and easy in every kitchen.”
    DIAS DEL LOS MUERTOS AT BEAR MOUNTAIN LODGE.  11am-6pm.  5-7 pm, meet the artist. 
    Dia de los Muertos.  5-7 pm, L&I Arts, 315 N Bullard St. 
    DAY OF THE DEAD/DIA DE LOS MUERTOS INSTALLATIONS Opening Reception. 6-7:30 pm. WNMU McCray Gallery. Altars, or ofrenda installations, with pictures and belongings of passed loved ones. This year ‘ celebration is titled Mis Raises Mexicanas, honoring Mexico’ bicentennial anniversary of independence from Spain.
    TEA Party Gathering.  5 pm doors open.  Red Barn Restaurant.  90 minute presentation 'TEA Party, the Documentary Film' followed by election results monitered throughout the evening.
