    ANITA CHEN CONCERT.  3 pm,  WNMU Fine Arts Theatre.  Grant County Community Concert Association presents this classical music performance by the multi-talented violinist and pianist Anita Chen, not yet 21 years old. Chen has received accolades by critics and audiences for being equally talented as a soloist on two instruments. 538-5862
