    Life in the Universe.  1 pm,  private room at Isaac’s Grill, Bullard & Broadway.  Program of Silver City Astronomical Society with its President Gary EmersonFor many centuries, humans have wondered about extra-terrestrial life in the Universe.  New data on planetary systems orbiting other stars have been discovered, answering many questions about other planetary systems and the possibility of life there.   Public welcome.
    Reading and Book Signing for Ghost Warrior.  2 pm. Silver City Museum.  With author Robert Sasse whose recently published book Ghost Warrior is the story of one warrior’s journey from despair and hopelessness to finding a life filled with inner peace. This collection of prose and poetry is an attempt at sharing a life of healing and renewal in hopes that it can help other veterans and their families heal from the unnatural experiences of war.
