Comcast Cares Day- Benefiting Mimbres Region Arts Council’s Youth Mural Program.  9 a.m.- 3 p.m., 12th St. Bridge over Silva Creek. Activities will include the production of individual "raindrop tiles" from each child. In addition to making raindrops, participants will have the opportunity to install pieces that were done by 5th  graders at Jose Barrios Elementary School, help create the mosaic areas of the mural as well as install previously done raindrops.  Comcast will donate $20 to the MRAC for each volunteer who participates on the project. In addition, they will contribute up to $2,000 for supplies and materials in support of the event.
