Board room of Gila RegionalMedical Center,1313 E. 32nd St. Linda Velez, Independent Living teacher from the Commission of the Blind, will show proper use of hand held magnifiers and distribute a pamphlet on what spouses need to know when living with an impaired vision person. A quiet reflective Service of Vespers in the Celtic tradition.  5:30 p.m. Good Shepherd Episcopal Church [Texas & 7th, Silver City entrance off parking lot off 6th].   Remembrance of modern "saints" of all faiths. Bring a little something if you can to share for a Potluck dinner following.
GRMC Auxiliary Jewelry & Accessory Sale.  Gila Regional Medical Center- Courtyard, 8 a.m.- 4p.m.  Proceeds benefit Gila Regional Medical Center. 
Silver City Food Co-op's May Community Forum is a class on EnergyMedicine and Essential Oils with Allee Anabal.  noon-1pm in the Co-op Community Room, behind the Co-op storefront in historic downtown Silver City.  All community forums are free and open to everyone.  Light refreshments are served.  For more info call the Food Co-op at 388-2343.
