Artist Lecture Series: Peter Bill. 6:30 pm. WNMU Parotti Recital Hall. Digital multimedia artist and painter whose art includes printmaking, painting, sculpture, poster illustration, and illustrations for over a dozen books; the children's bilingual book, The Cactus Wren and the Cholla’ that won the nationwide "Arroz Con Leche" Award in 1997. His most recent illustration is on the just-released book by M.H. "Dutch" Salmon titled, ‘40 Freedoms.’ Participants have the opportunity to learn about an artist's motivations, techniques and history while being generally entertained.
