Coldest day yet!!

 Its a frigid 5 degrees out there at this moment... Thats just about as cold as I've ever seen it... A couple of years ago it got below zero on a couple of different occasions... At that time local utilities were not prepared for the increased demand... Hence, rolling blackouts and gas shortages prevailed.

• Tonight Mostly clear, with a low around 18. Wind chill values as low as 9. North northwest wind 5 to 9 mph becoming east southeast in the evening.
